The wastewater from the wastewater treatment project of Ningxia Yipin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. mainly comes from the production of starch, monosodium glutamate and other products. Our company undertook three phases of wastewater treatment renovation and new projects in 2008, 2009 and 2010 respectively, with water volumes of 2000m³/d, 2000m³/d and 10000m³/d. The comprehensive wastewater COD: 4000~5000mg/L, ammonia nitrogen: 600~700mg/L, sulfate: 1000mg/L. The process mainly uses MQIC anaerobic reactor + ammonia oxidizing biological denitrification. The effluent COD≤100mg/L, ammonia nitrogen≤20mg/L.
