　　Meiquan Environmental Protection boasts a highly qualified and professional research team led by senior engineers and graduate students. The team currently comprises 25 researchers, including 8 senior engineers, 15 intermediate engineers, 5 experts, and 10 master's degree holders. In recent years, through regular recruitment from colleges and universities and targeted training of existing company personnel, a well-structured and innovative team has been formed, primarily led by graduate students and composed mainly of young researchers. Simultaneously, by closely collaborating with a technical team comprised of doctoral candidates, professors, and key researchers from numerous research institutions, including the National Water Resources Engineering Center (North), Tsinghua University, Shandong University, and Jinan University, a mutually beneficial industry-academia-research model has been established.
