Shandong Shengqi Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. mainly produces sweet potato starch, yeast and food raw materials, yeast extract and seasonings. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, the company constructed three phases of wastewater and waste treatment projects, with water volumes of 1000m³/d, 5000m³/d and 600m³/d respectively. The comprehensive wastewater COD: 15000~20000mg/L, ammonia nitrogen: 300mg/L, SS: 500mg/L. The process mainly uses MQIC anaerobic reactor + BRN[] biological denitrification, with effluent COD≤100mg/L, ammonia nitrogen≤15mg/L.
