Wastewater treatment project of Shandong Longkote Enzyme Preparation Co., Ltd.

Shandong Longcote Enzyme Preparation Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 50,000 tons of new enzyme preparations, ranking first among China's national industrial enzymes. The wastewater from the wastewater treatment project mainly comes from the production of saccharifying enzyme preparations, beer enzyme preparations, alcohol enzyme preparations, textile enzyme preparations, leather enzyme preparations, and feed enzyme preparations. Our company undertook three phases of wastewater treatment projects in 2008, 2010, and 2015, with water volumes of 800 m³/d, 1600 m³/d, and 1200 m³/d, respectively. The comprehensive wastewater COD: 8000 mg/L, total nitrogen: 400 mg/L, SS: 800 mg/L. Using MQIC anaerobic reactor + BRN biological denitrification technology, the effluent COD ≤ 100 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ≤ 20 mg/L.
