Recently, the team led by Mr. Qiao Zhuangming, chairman of Meiquan Environmental Protection, was awarded the "Jingwei Leading" Innovation Team by the CPC Jinan Shizhong District Committee and the Shizhong District People's Government. The "Jingwei Leading Talents" program focuses on supporting the introduction of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the field of technology, connecting with provincial and municipal key talent projects, and focusing on supporting top and high-end talents (teams) in innovation and entrepreneurship in the fields of new generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment, modern finance and industrial finance, modern agriculture, biomedicine, new energy, and technology services. In 2021, a total of 17 talents (teams) were selected for the Shizhong District "Jingwei Leading" talent program.

Mr. Qiao Zhuangming, as the founder, chairman, and senior engineer of Shandong Meiquan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., leads a team that not only includes specially appointed experts such as academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Russian Academy of Engineering, but also engineering and technical talents from well-known universities such as Tsinghua University, Shandong University, and Qilu University of Technology. The company has established a Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation, a Jinan Municipal Academician Workstation, and a Jinan Municipal Overseas R&D Institution (Sino-Russian Environmental Protection Materials Technology Research Center); the Jinan Municipal Key Laboratory of Industrial Water Treatment Technology and Equipment; and has also formed an overseas team composed of professors, doctors, and scientific researchers from universities and the National Water Resources Engineering (North) Center in European and American countries such as the Netherlands, Ireland, and the United States, forming a virtuous cycle of industry-academia-research cooperation.

Shandong Meiquan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Qiao Zhuangming in 2005 with a registered capital of 55 million yuan. It is one of the top ten independent innovation brand enterprises in Shandong's environmental protection industry, a council member of the China Biofermentation Industry Association, and the vice chairman unit of the Environmental Protection and Equipment Branch. As a wastewater treatment and environmental protection technology supplier that has served many state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and overseas enterprises, it has completed hundreds of engineering projects.
