Heilongjiang Wanli Runda Biotechnology Co., Ltd., located in Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province, is one of the top 100 projects in Heilongjiang Province. Its corn fuel ethanol project faced challenges such as tight deadlines, heavy workload, and difficult construction schedules. However, with the support of Shandong Meiquan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., it became the first of nine corn fuel ethanol projects in Heilongjiang Province to be put into operation among the top 100 projects. The project was completed and put into operation at one time, and the drainage met the standards at one time, becoming a benchmark project for corn fuel ethanol production in Heilongjiang Province.

Project Overview
In 2018, Meiquan Environmental Protection undertook the wastewater treatment project for the lysine and fuel ethanol project of Heilongjiang Wanli Runda Biotechnology Co., Ltd. In terms of construction: the construction party lacked experience in this type of project construction, and the construction difficulty was high; in terms of actual construction: the total design water volume was 15400 m³/d, and the project faced unfavorable factors such as many types of wastewater, high construction difficulty, and poor environmental conditions. Meiquan Environmental Protection used its many years of construction experience to formulate a reasonable and advanced process route. Members of the project team carefully designed and strictly reviewed to ensure quality control, while working overtime to overcome various difficulties to ensure that the project progress was completed on time; using the industry's leading technological capabilities, the "pretreatment + MQIC anaerobic reactor/UASB anaerobic reactor + high-efficiency biological denitrification pool + deep treatment system" was used as the main process for treatment, enabling the enterprise to achieve the effluent standard upon commissioning. It has received unanimous praise from users and industry experts.
