Meiquan Environmental Protection Promotes Bio-fermentation Industry—Suihua Xiangyu Corn Deep Processing Wastewater Treatment Project

Suihua Xiangyu Jingu Shengke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a company whose main business is deep processing of corn. Its 400 million+ yuan investment in the Suihua 1.5 million tons/year corn deep processing project has been successfully tested and put into operation, making it an important national amino acid industrial base. Shandong Meiquan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of the 1.5 million tons/year corn deep processing wastewater treatment plant project for Suihua Xiangyu Jingu Shengke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in 2017. The project has a total design water volume of 22,000 m3/d and achieves Class A effluent standards.
Suihua Xiangyu Jingu Shengwu Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a company whose main business is deep processing of corn. Its Suihua 1.5 million ton/year corn deep processing project, with an investment of over 4 billion yuan, has successfully completed its trial run and has become an important national amino acid industrial base.
Shandong Meiquan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of the 1.5 million ton/year corn deep processing wastewater treatment plant project for Suihua Xiangyu Jingu Shengwu Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in 2017. The project has a total design water volume of 22,000 m³/d. The wastewater from this project is diverse, mainly consisting of 11 types of production wastewater, including starch, starch sugar, threonine, and tryptophan, with significant differences in water quality. Based on the nature of the wastewater generated by the enterprise and Meiquan Environmental Protection's practical experience in the same industry, a method of classified collection and separate treatment is adopted. The main process uses "high-efficiency anaerobic + AMOXP biological denitrification + deep treatment", with the effluent meeting Class A discharge standards. Domestic sewage is combined with production wastewater.
